Our firm’s lease had expired, we needed to expand  our office space, which  hadn’t been updated since the 1980’s. After we toured alternative locations with D & C, they  negotiated with our existing Landlord…the end result:  We had an entire new floor rebuilt for us, our rent was reduced significantly, our utility and escalation billings lowered,  and our Landlord paid D & C’s commission.  D & C exceeded our expectations.
